Milla Jovovich in Cannes
She went to the film festival for the "La Conquete" premiere,
on a Prada dress specially designed for her.
The dress seems to be two different pieces,
with pailletes in the collar and skirt.
It reminds me of the 20's style, which combined with her hair and make-up
gives the look a very Old Hollywood touch.
