Dr. Martens clothing line

After 50 years of making their famous footwear with bouncing soles,

and having added to that a quite wide variety of accesories,

this famous brand launches their first clothing line.

It's a basic, minimalist collection based in long shirts, sweats and tees.

Maybe inspired in punk wave, but staying classic

and displaying timeless prints as checks, vichy and stripes.

Clearly influenced by British workwear,

Latest Obsession: The Miu Miu Jackets

All the Miu Miu S/S 2011 collection was amazing:

the pleated dresses, the stars,

the details in the shoes and complements,

the colour block clothes...

But i guess, as the 80's fan i am,

i couldn't help but love these metallic jackets with applications.

tired of the t-shirt + shorts combo to go to the beach? Here's the solution! Maybe forget the high heels though. Anyway, i think it's a original and classy outfit which will make a difference.

Jeremy Scott is on time

Yesterday i was looking for a new watch in the Swatch online store,

because i'm getting a bit tired of my Casio, and i found these amazing collaboration

with the american designer Jeremy Scott.

It's not the first collaboration Swatch makes, there are also original models result of the contribution of Markus Linnenbrink and Terje Haakonsen.

Jeremy Scott is well known for combining fashion and an ironic pop culture influence, as seen on this previous post on Blonde Hair Blue Jeans.

So when i saw this collection, some references to pop culture came to my mind, which may have been the inspiration (or not), to these cool watches:
