Room on fire as she's fixing her hair

Now every time that I look at myself
"I thought I told you
this world is not for you"
The room is on fire as she's fixing her hair
"you sound so angry
just calm down, you found me"

Self-portrait on lipstick

Kate Moss's self-portrait has been sold for £33,600.

The coolest thing about this? The picture is drawn in lipstick!

Pete Doherty originally owned the lipstick self-portrait and sold it to the anonymous seller placing it in Saturday's auction.
A self-portrait by Doherty, signed in blood, also was in sale, but no buyer could be found
It is not signed, but inscribed by Doherty with the words:
"Who needs blood when you've got lipstick?"

Paul Newman

If it had any sense passing from black and white cinema to colour cinema, it sure would be the possibility to contemplate the bluest eyes ever.
There won't be a look like that never again

I wish I had Paul Newman's eyes
And every day came with some surprise
I wish I had Paul Newman's eyes
That would be niceBut still I wish I had Paul Newman's eyes

Dear Miami

Dear Miami
You're the first to go
Disappearing under melting snow
Each and everyone
Turn your critical eye
On the burning sun
And try not to cryStrictly rolling V.I.P.
Strictly rolling V.I.P.Behind these walls
You can be so self-absorbed
Behind those eyes, no disguise
Disguise, no you can't disguise
Behind this fortress of an address
Stuck in the passion void
With a little style full and for a while

She's always the one to blame (I)

A time ago i realised that the separation of many great bands has been attached to the romance of one of its members with a woman...actually i find this conviction kind of unfair...

i mean, i bet all those groups had already problems before the arrival of the "femme fatale", like drugs, alcohol, routine or fights for leadership...

Here the first examples of what i mean:

PAMELA COURSON
(1946-74)

She was known as the long-term companion of Jim Morrison, vocalist of The Doors.
The relationship was stormy as both tender.
Morrison did not hesitate to interact with other women.

Morrison called Courson his "cosmic mate"
and dedicated his self-published books of poetry to her, as well many songs.
It was Pamela who partly influenced Jim to be exiled to Paris
with the idea of starting from zero without any problems, being a poet, not a rock star.
People thought she wanted to keep Jim just for her.

The band never accepted the presence of Pam in the tests, nor in the study, in fact, the Doors always saw Pam as an obstacle in the life of Jim.

On July 3, 1971 Jim Morrison was found dead in the bathtub of their apartment in the Marais district of Paris, France, where he lived with Pamela.

She died three years later that Morrison, by an overdose of heroin, in quite strange circumstances.
Friends who lived with her claimed that she told she saw the picture of Jim, and felt guilty about his death and had also she had widened her consumption of drugs.

At her funeral, the Doors asked that no one was dressed in black, perhaps by a request from Pam or simply formalities of the family of the bride, it is not known.

Ray Manzarek played a note of the song "Orange Country Girl,"
and other compositions that Jim had supposedly devoted to Pamela.
None of the attendees made a comment about how she and Jim lived or died,
people just went to his funeral and kept silent.

In her tombstone, appears with the surname Morrison,
as she had dreamed, to be the wife of Jim.

-Courson was portrayed by Meg Ryan in Oliver Stone's 1991 film, The Doors.

i'll post more examples of great women blamed for disolving bands soon! sorry, but today i haven't too many time.

Hope you like it! Have a great weekend!

BHBG in the Madrid Fashion Week!!!

Hey!!, yeah, i got three invitations!!

I was attending yesterday the Ailanto catwalk! it was amazing!

It has been my first "direct contact" with the fashion world, and well, i was soooo excited!!

At the arrival, a girl ask as to take a photo of my friend and me for a fashion blog....guess which blog it was?? El Notable!, in fact...the picture is already posted!!

i'm the girl with the white dress, the leopard scarf and the purple leather jacket!!

check it on the blog!!
Well, when we arrived to the enclosure...we didn't know exactly where to go...so we asked to a security woman who indicate us where to go...she sent us to the backstage thinking we were models!! we were surrounded by clothes and chaos...hehehe, it was great!

So we got ourselves out of there...welll, my friend got me out of there...i was thinking on the possibility of one model to break her leg in that moment and calculating the probability for the designer to come shouting us...please, please, replace her for the catwalk!! hehehe.

We finally found the right place and sat down...believe me, when the lights turned off and the music began to play i practically cry! hehe, it's just i couldn't believe i was on a runway!

The collection was really nice...inspired in Morocco,
here i leave you some photographs i took and another ones i found on the web:

it maybe reminds me a little bit of Matthew Williamson...
don't know...

When it finished, everyone went out...
so we did, we walked around visiting the magazines and brands stands.
We saw quite a lot of celebrities

[like Marina Perez!]

Oh, and i was interviewed! but i was so nervous...
i hope they won't show it on any tv channel!
And they tried to interview me again for a humor programme
(para los españoles, el programa era Caiga quien Caiga, jeje)
to demonstrate that models are not stupid...
it was like, NOO, i'm not a model...
and i don't know nothing about biology!

In short, it has been a great great great experience! I hope i would be able to repeat it again...but next time, i'll be the one on the catwalk! hehe.
